Beforehand

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional items

Only regularly priced items (physical products) can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@linemakeup.shop and send your item to : Linemakeup Pro, 37 impasse des Dahlias, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you for delivery at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping & returns

To return your product, you must send it to : Linemakeup Pro 37 impasse des Dahlias 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
